Today we are announcing an important step in Glasswise's development: the acquisition of Craft Technology E-Label, a digital wine labeling solution from Croatia.
When we founded Glasswise two years ago, we set out to help winemakers turn the new EU digital labeling rules into an opportunity. Today, with hundreds of wineries on our platform, we are on the right track.
During our growth, we have always looked for ways to improve and expand our offering. In Craft Technology, we found a partner who shares our vision while bringing new, exciting perspectives.
The acquisition is a step forward for both companies. We expand our offering and enter the Croatian market, and the Craft Technology team gets to focus entirely on their core product: a solution that lets wineries sell and deliver wine directly from the cellar to customers' homes.
