This strategic acquisition enables Craft Technology to focus on its core product while Glasswise expands its offering and gains access to the Croatian market. A win for winemakers across Europe.

David Wippel
Founder of Glasswise
Today we are pleased to announce an important step in Glasswise's development: the acquisition of Craft Technology E-Label, an innovative digital wine labeling solution from Croatia.
When we founded Glasswise two years ago, we had a clear goal: to help winemakers see the new EU regulations for digital wine labeling not as a hurdle, but as an opportunity. Today, with hundreds of wineries on our platform, we can proudly say that we are on the right track.
During our growth, we have always looked for ways to improve and expand our offering. In Craft Technology, we found a partner who shares our vision while bringing new, exciting perspectives.
The acquisition is a strategic step forward for both companies. While we can expand our offering and enter the Croatian market, it enables the Craft Technology team to focus entirely on their core product: an innovative solution that allows wineries to sell and deliver wine directly from the winery to customers' homes.
"This is a natural next step for our E-Label product," says Dario Drmač, CEO of Craft Technology. "We developed it, validated it, and gave it momentum. Glasswise recognized our efforts and invited us to become part of their established journey. In turn, we saw in them a partner with the expertise and energy to take E-Label to the next level."
If you have questions about the acquisition or upcoming features, don't hesitate to contact us. Our team is available as usual and looks forward to answering all your questions.
